We are actively hiring for the following roles across our service territory.
Roofing Crew Lead
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew of 3 to 6 installers on residential and commercial projects
- Read and interpret work orders, material lists, and installation specs
- Ensure quality workmanship and enforce safety protocols on-site
- Communicate job status to project managers and flag issues early
- Conduct final walkthrough and client handoff on completed projects
Requirements
- 5+ years of residential or commercial roofing experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a field role
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work at heights and lift 75+ lbs
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (we will sponsor if needed)
Roofing Installer
Responsibilities
- Install asphalt shingles, metal roofing, and flat roof systems
- Apply underlayment, ice and water shield, and flashing
- Remove and dispose of old roofing materials
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe throughout the project
- Work collaboratively with crew leads and fellow installers
Requirements
- 1+ year of roofing installation experience preferred (willing to train motivated applicants)
- Comfortable working at heights on steep-slope and low-slope roofs
- Ability to lift and carry 75+ lbs
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Willingness to work in outdoor conditions year-round
